Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tudepos point of sale platform and related services provided by Nater IT Solutions. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscription and billing

Tudepos is offered on a subscription basis with plans priced in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Cloud subscriptions are billed yearly unless otherwise agreed. Complete Offline licenses are one-time purchases with update fees billed separately when you choose to upgrade.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform without permission
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service availability
• Misrepresent your identity or business affiliation

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Tudepos. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Offline mode features may be available depending on your plan.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tudepos and Nater IT Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
